Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

1. We offer a 7 days returns policy; any return request are only possible up to 7 days after purchase. If the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of purchase, we will refund or exchange the same or different products with the same value of money depending on the customer's request. 
   
   
2. Aconland Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decide whether the sold-out item is non-refundable or exchangeable.
   
   
3. Please note that if the items returned are out of stock, you may exchange other items with the same value of money.
   
   
4. The original condition of item means that the item must be as new in the condition as it was sent out to you & must include its original labels, swing tags & etc. or any packages as supplied by the manufacturer. Please check all items before removing the labels.
   
   
5. No exchange will be made for item that does not fit or not deemed defective. We will not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping. We tend to ensure all item are checked and packed before shipping. However, if you have received a defective product:
   
   
       > Defect item have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 7 days from the date of the item received.
       > Instructions will be given as to how you can proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after instruction email is sent.
       > The returned item must be brand new/original state, otherwise an exchange will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost mails during the exchange process.
